Colleen C Sullivan, MSPT, CIDN, CertGT, CertVRN

A dedicated physical therapist, Colleen received her Masters in PT from Springfield College, MA in 1997. During her many years of professional practice Colleen has provided training in injury prevention, women’s health, post operative rehabilitation and spinal stabilization programs. Colleen opened PT Plus in South Windsor in 2006 where she maintains the highest standards of patient care. She is a provider who truly listens to her patients and provides appropriate treatment to address overall function and wellness of every individual. She prides herself in the fact that PT PLUS is a comfortable and fun environment for patients to truly thrive during their rehabilitation process. Colleen loves the outdoors and staying active. She participates in both golf and soccer leagues, as well as Boot Camp and yoga. Colleen has special manual certifications in GRASTON and Dry needling as well as training for patients with Vestibular and Post Concussive disorders.

Jennifer Fannon, DPT

Jen graduated from American International College and joined the Physical Therapy Plus Team in August of 2020. As a lifetime athlete, Jen epitomizes the importance of teamwork and thereby works closely with her clients on meeting their goals. She looks forward to using her skills to optimize recovery and prevent reinjury. As a result, she became BStrong Band Certified in Blood Flow Restriction Exercise, a modality used to increase muscle hypertrophy at lower intensities. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking her way through CT, scouting out the hottest coffee shops, and singing in her local church choir. She is also a former NCAA DII Cross Country/Track and Field athlete who is continuing her passion for running with hopes of someday qualifying for the Boston Marathon.

Lauren Flores, PTA

Lauren was welcomed to the PT PLUS team in Sept 2018 and has brought her love for fitness and sports as well as her passion for human anatomy and body mechanics to caring for her patients. She is passionate about guiding her clients through the rehabilitation process and helping them regain maximum function. In her free time, Lauren enjoys participating in spinning and pilates classes. She also has an active household with her husband, young son and 2 dogs.
